A qualified chemical engineer (EPFL, Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne) and Doctor of Science from the EPFZ (Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Zürich), I am an expert in child nutrition. After a 36-year career at Nestlé, 12 of which were spent in research & development and more the 20 years in operations in
Switzerland and abroad (Europe, Asia, Africa, Middle East), I started Nutri-Tec-solutions in 2023.
With a passion for the field and as an experienced project manager, I continue to use my skills in the service of all professionals in the field of infant cereals.
With extensive practical experience in the heart of factories, I have outstanding knowledge of all fields (product development, production line design, operations and logistics, quality, training, etc.).
With a working team and sustainable collaboration with my partners, I have contributed to the development of a large number of products: infant cereals, cereals for adults, porridge, nutritional supplements, cerealbased snacks, infant milk.
With natural leadership skills, I have a holistic vision of the field of child nutrition. With my ability to make the link between the recipe and production machines, I am an expert in formulating recipes, production technologies, manufacture, packaging, product stability up until the end of product shelf life.
